TRIOS Enjoy sharing a studio session with just two others, even more fun if they are friends or family. A maximum of three in each session ensures you fine-tuning your technique. Each session will take you through a progression of exercises to challenge you and improve your strength and streamline your waist.

HeartPilates , is a total body workout moving from the Pilates jump-board on the Reformer, spinning on the upright bike, bouncing on the ball, and back to the abdominal series on the mat, as well as working the larger muscle groups on the Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunder Chair. This work out will maximize the benefits of Pilates, toning and strengthening with fat burning too.   HeartPilates is accompanied by high energy music. This helps you to get into the mind set for an intense full-body workout. HeartPilates gets your heart pumping! 

If you desire a more comprehensive home program then a Personalized Pilates DVD is the only way to go! Your one of a kind DVD focuses on exercises to help you achieve YOUR goals; addressing your body issues and taking into account your injuries and alignment needs. Pre and Postnatal Pilates will assist your fitness for pregnancy, labor and early motherhood.   You will exercise safely, maintaining and building muscle tone.   Pilates helps you regain shape and strength after delivery.   Pre and postnatal Pilates can be incorporated into private, semi-private, trio and group sessions.
