HEART PILATES , is a total body workout moving from the Pilates jumpboard on the Reformer, spinning on the upright bike, bouncing on the ball, and back to the abdominal series on the Reformer Bed, as well as working the larger muscle groups on the Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunder Chair. This work out will maximize the benefits of Pilates, toning and strengthening with fat burning too.
