Progressing you through a powerful full body workout with a core focus, using high resistance for high impact. Men's Pilates is based around challenging routines. Helping to sculpt your chest, define your triceps, sculpt biceps, tone your arms, flatten your abdominal structure giving six-pack abs, and chiselled obliques with intense Pilates moves. Men's Pilates will also condition your quads, hamstrings, and glutes. You will master balance and co-ordination, while increasing strength, flexibility and defining your muscle structure.
