Louise Taube Pilates is getting more and more popular!!! Sessions are booking out in advance and I now have wait lists for the more popular session times. To ensure you continue to receive individual attention, and your favorite session time, it is now essential that you book in advance. At the same time, it is also important to give as much advance notice as possible if you cannot attend a booked session, so that I may then offer your space to a wait listed client.

24 hours notice of cancellation is required otherwise a full session fee will apply.

Block of ten sessions expies after 15 weeks.

Please bring clean grip socks to class as pilates is done without shoes.

Personalized DVDs

$130 per session.

To gain the maximum benefit from pilates you need to be doing it four times per week. A personalized Pilates DVD can help you achieve this number of workouts!!!

On the day of your shoot: wear tight fitting clothes of a mid tone colour without stripes, eg any block colour except white or black.

Practice with your DVD when not coming to the studio. See the results as you become stronger, leaner and more flexible. Upgrade your DVD as your technique improves to further challenge your strength, core control and endurance!!!
