A few years ago, if you wanted a dose of Pilates while on vacation your chances of finding instruction at a hotel or going on a Pilates retreat were slim. Now I am planning a retreat for 2009. I would love your feedback on this idea. I am planning a 3-day to 2-week retreat and travel program. Either someting close to home, Morning Pensular, Hepburn Springs, Glen Lion, Dalsford,, or further afield Port Douglas - far north Queensland.
