LEARNING OUTCOMES

At the conclusion of this program participants will be able to plan and deliver a Reformer, Mat, Chair, Pilates group, circuit, or studio session. This includes:

  • Appling the concepts of this course and principles of Pilates to teaching practice
  • Breakingdown, practicing and reviewing the repertoire from this course
  • Planning and delivering a Pilates session in the format of group Reformer, Mat, MV Chair, Ball and small props, or a Pilates Studio session with the equipment outlined in the course
  • Demonstrate effective communication, and teaching skills within a studio setting
  • Use progressions and regression of the repertoire according to client / class requirements
  • Eligable for insurance cover with AON
